    Hmmm . . . if I can get into my story this week, I might do more with it during GothNoWriMo in October. Just read Du Maurier's Rebecca. I'm obsessed.

    I used to have those in high school. My school didn't have air conditioning so we used to get out at 11:15 every time the daily high crawled above 90 F. Of course we'd get three days of homework to make up for it. :)

    Haha, we had to wait till it got to about 107f to get out of school. You know, the kind of heat that buckles train tracks.

    I really hate summer. ;) Especially now, when I'm smack in the middle of it :P

    Whereas my comment is spoken like someone who is suffering through an awful uncharacteristically humid (it's meant to be DRY heat here, damn it!) Australian summer :D

    Ack, humidity sucks! Especially humidity with mosquitoes. They should offer you a day off just to turn over buckets of stagnant water.

    Wow. I think Chicago is supposed to get hit with something like eight inches of snow tomorrow. Hope you're somewhere warmer. :)
