PROMPT NUMBER NINE

Um. It snowed in Los Angeles. 0_o

That makes me want to write a nasty letter and complain to Dr. Evil. But instead, I'm posting this week's prompt.

Write a short story of 1,000-10,000 words based on the following:

"Why would you keep doing that? Of all the things you would stick in a bottle . . ."
Have a great week!!

  1. Damn it!!!! If only we had mountains... maybe we'd get some snow in Perth too :P

Though I do see a storm brewing in the sky this evening, this makes me very happy :D I'm just not sure any rain will come of it! Gahhhh.

Re: the prompt - HAHA, and you thought one of my prompts was mind-gutter worthy. :O

  2. At first I almost thought "it snowed in Los Angeles" WAS the prompt. :P

  3. Yeah Trish . . . my mind went there too.

Perth's climate is pretty similar to LA's, right? Except you guys get more rain?

  4. I don't know if we get more rain. But we get less snow :P i.e. we don't get any.

It's very similar here - we even have the same sorts of flora, those scrubby brown bushes and stuff ;)

  5. It doesn't snow at all in LA. This is like getting snow on the sun. :)

  6. Well LA has mountains, so at least you can SEE snow from the city. ;)

We don't really get snow in our state at all (except the very occasional fine dusting on some hills we have down south). And our state is way bigger than Texas.

ANYWAY...just reporting I have finished my story for this week!
